"As an actor, I’ve worked with a number of headshot photographers in Boston and New York, and Cynthia Hovda is a rare find. She made me comfortable and put me at ease immediately (which is not always the case with photographers). She was fun and easy to work with. We laughed a lot. She certainly brought her own professionalism and expertise to the session, but she also listened to me and asked me for my ideas. She took the time we needed, didn’t hurry anything, and worked with me until she was satisfied we’d gotten the pictures we wanted. The images came out great, and I cannot recommend her more highly!"
